What equipment is included in the studio?
All the high-end audio & visual gear you'll need to film a crisp, clean podcast episode. That includes: 4K Cameras, Microphones, Lighting and Decor.
Do I need prior experience in podcasting?
Nope, you can film here even if it's your first time. If you need guidance on filming a podcast, you can always speak to our friendly team - they'll be happy to help.
Is technical support available during the session?
If you're in need of tech support, one of our friendly team will be happy to assist. Otherwise, you can hire an engineer to help with the equipment during the entire session.
How do I book a session?
It's easy: just click the button that says "Book Now" and follow the quick & easy steps from there.
What's the availability for late-night or weekend sessions?
We're available from 9 am to 9 pm every day of the week. But, if you really want to record a session at a later time, we may be able to accommodate that.
Can I tour the studio before I make a booking?
Of course! Just click the "Free Tour" button in the top right corner. You'll be taken to a quick & easy form where you can select your date & time and fill in some easy info. We'll then get back to you by email or text to confirm. In the tour, we'll guide you through the podcast studio as well as any other areas of our recording studio, showing you how all the gear works and what it's like to record with us!
What are the studio rates?
We use a flat $50 per hour fee for dry hire, with an added $20 per hour for engineer hire. We also offer discounted packages for multi-hour recordings.
Are there seperate fees for post-production services?
Yes, if you would like video editing or other post-production services such as mastering, we happy offer that as a seperate service.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Of course, bring whatever you need.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or rebook, just get in contact with one of our friendly team now - call for a faster response.
What are the dimensions and acoustics?
The dimensions are 3.1m x 1.1m and is fully soundproofed with Acoustic Foam Panels.
How will I get my recording?
Once your session is finished, we'll save the recording and convert it to any formats you wish. Then, we'll send it via email (likely in a Google drive folder).
What's the people capacity?
The studio can take up to two people currently, as that's the amount of available seats at the moment. If you want to record with more people, get in touch and we may be able to find a solution so we can accommodate them.
Is a sound engineer included?
Sorry, sound engineers are available to hire alongside your studio time.
