How do I book a studio tour?
Just click the button that says “free studio tour”, enter some easy details, choose your date & time, then just book! It’s that easy. After that, one of our friendly team will email or call you to guide you through the process.
How much does it cost to book studio time?
Our studios are available at $50 per hour and at $70 an hour if you want to hire an engineer.
What if I need help with mixing or mastering?
Just book a mixing or mastering service where one of our experts will work with you to touch up your track and get it ready for production. This can be done by talking with one of our friendly team at the studio or by contacting us.
I’m new to recording, can you help me get started?
Of course, our free studio tour and orientation can get you familiar with everything you need to know about our studio. And, we offer beginner-friendly packages to suit your needs, giving expert advice and guidance at every step. As well as that, First Gen is run by 3 artists who are always open to answering any questions you might have. Just contact the team to get started.
Do you accommodate different music genres?
Yes, we accommodate almost all genres from rap, pop, RnB, rock, to instrumental, and more, as long as you’re an individual artist.
What’s included in a studio session?
You can hire either one of our studios per hour with full access to all of our equipment, instruments, and software. We also offer discounted multi-hour packages.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or rebook, just get in contact with one of our friendly team now - call for a faster response.
What are the dimensions and acoustics?
The dimensions are 6.4m x 2.4m and is fully soundproofed with 16 Acoustic Foam Sound Panels surrounding the room.
Can you provide session musicians and vocalists if needed?
As of right now, that's not something we offer. But if you would like that, get in touch and we might be able to add that as a service soon.
What's the people capacity?
Studio A can accommodate 6 people at maximum.
Is technical support available?
Of course. If there's any technical issues, just fetch one of our friendly staff and we'll help you out.
Is a sound engineer included?
Sorry, sound engineers are available to hire alongside your studio time.
